The town of Sant Jordi, corresponding to the municipality of Sant Joseph in Ibiza, will be celebrating their patron saint festivity on April 23rd. The celebration dates from the 16th century, consisting in a procession around the church and the presentation of a gift to the visitors, consisting in typical sweets such as the orelletes and hollow fritters along with a taste of wine. A Farmers Ball is also held, representing popular folklore dancing.
